School Holiday Art Workshops
Our school holiday art workshops were listed in The Daily Telegraph as being one of the 10 best activities for children to participate in during the holidays!
We were proud to be listed with The Australian Museum, the NSW Art Gallery, and Sydney Tower.
Our innovative school holiday art programs are written by our experienced teachers who specialise in art education for children.
Upcoming holidays: September 2026
We are running 2-hour and 1½ hour ART workshops to keep your children busy in the holidays.
2 hours – 10.30-12.30pm , 10 – 12pm or 1 – 3pm
90 mins – 10.30-12 noon, 10- 11.30am or 1.30-3pm
Children can attend 2 workshops on a day, they just need to bring lunch and morning tea to stay. An extra $20 will be charged for supervision during lunch.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
All art workshops MUST BE PREPAID by EFT, Paypal, cheque, or cash in advance to reserve your child’s place. We accept the Creative Kids Voucher.
No credit or refunds will be given if you cancel on the day of the workshop or do not show up. At least two days’ notice is needed for cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE that if a workshop is full, our website will not let you progress to payment.

Lucky Ladybug

Fly into a leafy little adventure with our lovely ladybird painting workshop! Students will paint a bright red ladybird resting on a large green clover, practicing colour blending, simple shading and brushstrokes to create the veins and textures of the leaves. This cheerful nature-themed class is a relaxing and rewarding way for children to create a sweet painting they’ll be proud to take home.

Monet’s Water Lilies

Step into Monet’s magical garden and paint your own water-lily masterpiece! Students will create a beautiful pond scene inspired by Claude Monet’s famous Water Lilies paintings, using fresh greens, soft blues, colourful lily flowers and loose, impressionist-style brushstrokes. This calming and creative workshop is a wonderful chance for young artists to explore colour, texture and the beauty of painting nature.

Manga and Anime 1: Faces and Basics

In this beginner-friendly workshop, students will explore the foundations of manga illustration by learning how to draw the head and facial features of manga and anime characters. Guided by our experienced teacher, students will discover how manga artists construct faces using simple shapes and proportions before adding expressive eyes, noses, mouths, hairstyles, and unique character details.

Manga and Anime 2: Full Body Poses

In this exciting workshop, students will learn how to draw the body and create expressive poses in the popular manga style. Through guided demonstrations and practical drawing exercises, students will explore character proportions, movement, and pose construction while developing confidence in drawing full-body figures.
Whether students are new to drawing manga and anime or have some prior experience, this workshop provides a fun and accessible introduction to drawing manga-style figures and poses.
Students are welcome to attend this workshop independently, and prior attendance at the Faces & Expressions workshop is not required.

Duckling in the Pond
